This year I have decided that the time has come when I am going to improve my general knowledge about the World and in particular all the wonderful places there are to visit.

I will admit that when I was at school, Geography was never my favourite subject. I think a major factor was that as well as my teacher being an absolute bore, he never seemed to have any love of the subject. (more…)
