Reclaiming PPI
Anyone who has taken out a loan, mortgage or credit card may also have taken out payment protection insurance also known as PPI. It is designed to aid people with repaying their loans should they be unable to work. This in fine in theory, although in practice many of PPI insurance policies contain exclusion clauses that prevent people from making successful claims. (more…)
