A decade ago, buying a hybrid was a lonely business. There were only two to choose from the original Honda Insight and the gawkily styled 1997 Mark I Prius and both attracted small numbers of buyers.

The Riversimple urban car actually has a very small fuel cell and looks like it is going to be the smallest one to date so far.
It depends on what kind of car you are interested in but if you are into the smaller cars you will love this as it is no bigger than the smart car. It is actually quite a good car for someone living in a city as it can reach a top speed of 50mph which isnt bad for a car of this type. (more…)
