Czy to czas na zamianę monitorów CRT na monitory LCD? Nie ma wątpliwości, że monitory komputerowe CRT mają bardzo ograniczoną żywotność. W bardzo cienkich monitorach LCD nie ma lamp katodowych. Zamiast tego, są cienkie plastry szkła zawierające ciekłe kryształy wypełniające komórki (komórki czerwone, zielone i niebieskie), które tworzą jeden piksel.
