Householders who regularly waster food could be fined by their local council if the government goes ahead with a new plan that is to slash the amount of food being sent to landfills across the country. The Government is considering the introduction of Kitchen Caddies so that households are more aware of recycling their food waste. Students cooking good and healthy food safely is not what people hear from the likes of University halls but that is now going to change.
