Getting a house or any property in this economy period might sound crazy but trust me this is the right time to invest in a property. The housing prices are significantly low because of the recession and it might not get any lower than this, it might even be creeping up again. I was snuggled up at home the other night watching the brilliant Gok Wan in his great programme ‘How To Look Good Naked’. This programme is great because he knocks the current trend of having super skinny women on the show. Instead he has what I would class as ‘normal’ women, all of whom are just an average build. My husband and I have been living in our home for more than a decade now, and it has to be said many of the rooms are looking a bit worse for wear.
Regrettably both the kitchen and bathroom seem to have reached the point of no return and a total revamp is probably going to be needed.
