Breast torture, also known as breast bondage or tit torture, involves the acts of tying up and/or inflicting pain on female breasts, male or female nipples and areola for sexual gratification. These acts range from the mild form to a much more extreme form. The mild typically includes light biting, pinching, clamping and/or paddling. These are taken up to the severe forms which include caning, electricity, cutting, piercing and even being hung by the breasts.

Breast torture has been employed for many many years as an actual form of torture. Many torturers used it to get confessions from women including the women admitting they were witches.
