Rushing into a massage is not the best way to begin what should be a soothing, relaxing experience.Even if you cant arrange an indulgent session at the spa of your choice, you can buy spa quality products to pamper hands, feet, legs, face or any other part of your body. Choosing beauty gifts rather than booking spa time may well be a more practical option, provided you can set aside some you time at home to create the best environment in which to be completely receptive
