Over time, you’ll gradually build a bunch of self employed staff that you return to again and again. They will continue to have other clients too, of course, but if you find writers who consistently do good work for you, they’ll come to understand your company well, and this can only be an advantage. Even with outsourcing and freelancing, a continuing relationship of trust and capableness can be built.
