Was That Jewellery I saw In That Movie?
Many films have jewellery in them and some are even based upon jewellery. These ones are easily the most famous of all of them.
Titanic
Although I personally find this boring to be very boring and dull, there is no doubt it made an impact on the world when it was released.
The film itself is set around trasure hunters who are after a blue diamond known as the Heart of the Ocean.
This is actually a fictional diamond but was really made for the film and cost at around $10,000.
It is actually sitting within the archives of Fox. The film shows the treasure hunters eventually finding out that the owner was Rose, who then goes on to tell us the story of the titanic.
Lord of the Rings
Although this is technically a collection of books, for me the film really showed of the obsession that could be had when it comes to a piece of jewellery. It would seem that the main guy after the ting was always Gollum as he would kill, destroy and do whatever he could just to get his hands on it.
The ring was created by the dark lord Sauron many years before the books actually started and once he was killed the ring was then lost for a long period of time until Gollum found it and murdered his best friend over it.
Gollum was actually a really friendly Hobbit before the ring transformed him into the creature you see him as in the movies, Bilbo Baggins then stole the ring from him. This is where we first see the characters.
Indiana Jones
{Indiana Jones {is of course famous for treasure hunting but does it for the benefit of the museum over himself~is of course famous for treasure hunting but does it for the benefit of the museum over himself}~Of course everyone knows that Indiana Jones is famous for his treasure hunting skills, however he does it for the museum~Although Indiana Jones is famous for his treasure hunting he always does it to take back to a museum of some kind,}. Is Ford likely to pick up his most famous role for another time? I do hope that he doesnt step down to his son because that would be just awful.
