Barbados. This is for the family, the Discovery Bay by Rex Resorts, a great Christmas holiday. This is a luxury resort, but the holidays usually retail at quite a modest price, most of the time under one thousand pounds for a week. The beaches are very clear and the accommodation is very nice. Barbados is home to Bridgetown, a recommended place for all tourists to visit when they are in Barbados. Barbados is considered the party island of the Caribbean.

This hotel is considered by many to be a 6 star hotel, and looking at the accommodation you won’t be surprised. If you want somewhere to stay where you can get away from people and spend a week or two in the middle of nowhere, then this is as close to heaven that you are going to get. This particular Maldives island is quite small but has a small tropical rain forest at its centre, the Hotel is actually situated above the sea itself. Probably one of the most beautiful hotels in the world.
