Stupid jokes or culture breakthrough?
This is a very simple story. Some man with nickname “goofy foreigner” (@stupidjoke) founded the blog “Stupid Jokes (stupid and terrible jokes from goofy foreigner)”, which places a joke in his translation into English, which are prevalent in Eastern Europe (ex-USSR). This is a very special point of view, which differs from the western, and eastern. This is a view “from outside”. That is what this blog is interesting with its rough, uncouth jokes.
This in its own cute – simple-please correct its publication:
Hello, friend!
This blog is intended for publication jokes, anecdotes and funny pictures. You can comment on any publication. In addition, the author requests to correct his English, because it is not his native language. You can also invite his joke to post, placing it as a comment.
Thank you for your visit to my site!
And it seems quite verifiable declared by the mission:
The main aim of the blog is to introduce English-speaking reader with the feature of Eastern European humor. Culture and psychological features are interesting as well. We had friends visiting from the UK. It was interesting to talk with them, trying to adapt to their perception of our proverbs, jokes and so on. It was then that I came the idea of this blog.
And, finally, give the answer of the “goofy foreigner”:
Tagged with: anecdotes • breakthrough • culture • goofy foreigner • jokeHi, Emma! Thank you for your comment. We have different cultures, which are based on different myths, fairy tales, and what is not mentioned. I started this blog is precisely in order to somehow show our everyday creative life from the inside.
